В отличие от традиционных подходов, базирующихся на административно-территориальном или демографическом зонировании, рассматриваемая методика опирается на параметры маятниковой миграции населения с трудовыми целями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An original methodology for spatial identification of urban agglomeration boundaries is proposed, based on empirical analysis of daily variability in traffic flow intensity.
