Professional retraining of transport staff under conditions of digitalisation of Russia’s economy
Abstract
The paper analyses and justifies the need for processes of continuous education and retraining of staff of Russia’s transport industry. Authors’ own approach to digitalisation of transport industry is defined. Key directions in the system of professional staff retraining that are topical for forming and developing digital culture in the transport industry under modern conditions are considered.
