Abstract

The conclusion is made that quality-of-life indicators in cities, from the perspective of transportation service functions, highlight the need for a deep integration of construction and transportation interests. The synthesis of citywide development values should harmonize with the urban transport development policy.

Abstract

The current state of Russia’s transportation infrastructure is characterized, analyzing the progress of government programs and projects in the transport sector and assessing funding sources, considering changes in external conditions. The need for further implementation of program activities to develop Russia’s transportation system is substantiated.

БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ

10-13 16
Abstract

Economic issues related to transport security are examined, along with possible solutions. It is noted that the commercialization of transport infrastructure security against unlawful interference did not positively impact the expected efficiency. Innovative transformations in this field, involving the robotization of security processes and the use of artificial intelligence, could be a solution.

Abstract

An analysis of statistical data on road accidents involving truck drivers has been conducted. The main causes of these accidents are identified. A theoretically substantiated list of additional safety measures for truck transport operation is presented.

ЭКОНОМИКА И ФИНАНСЫ

Abstract

Based on data from the late 19th to early 20th centuries, the development of the largest railway systems is analyzed from the perspective of dynamism. A special approach is proposed to assess railway system productivity. It is concluded that, at the turn of the century, most major railway systems exhibited high dynamism driven by active innovation. Russian railways were among the leaders in terms of dynamism.

ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ

Abstract

The goal is to develop technological solutions for remote station management integration. Key factors for station management system development are described, a model for remote management of station groups is proposed, and an improved transportation process organization technology based on remote management is developed, as demonstrated by the «Station Control Center» pilot project.

ВЫСОКОСКОРОСТНОЕ ДВИЖЕНИЕ

Abstract

Numerical modeling of aerodynamic loads on high-speed rolling stock moving on viaducts under elevated wind load is performed. Stability is assessed based on the criterion of minimum wheel pressure under the combined effects of crosswind and inertial air pressure. Speed limits for train movement based on aerodynamic loads under storm conditions on coastal sections are established.

ЛОГИСТИКА И ПЕРЕВОЗКИ

33-37 19
Abstract

The lack of effective interaction among transport companies has led to logistical infrastructure overload and inefficient resource utilization, exacerbating the spatial polarization of Russia’s regional economies. Theoretical and practical recommendations for logistics system optimization are developed. The necessity of establishing multimodal transport-logistics hubs is substantiated, and a typical hub layout that meets modern requirements is proposed.

Abstract

A methodological approach for assessing the efficiency of core road networks in tourism and resort agglomerations is developed. This includes formulating methods for creating and distributing transport demand, analyzing supply in resort clusters, developing scenario-based forecasts of infrastructure loading, and outlining measures to reduce road network pressure and environmental and social impacts.

ТРАНСПОРТНЫЕ СРЕДСТВА И ТЕХНИКА

Abstract

Original structural solutions for unmanned electric aircraft of a multi-copter type with extended continuous flight time are considered. This is achieved through an inductive method of energy extraction from the electromagnetic field of current in the contact wire for recharging onboard batteries, use of landing-charging devices, recharging batteries from water surface wave energy, etc.

Abstract

The use of autonomous auxiliary fleets and the automation of shore port infrastructure are proposed. The narrow channel problem is addressed. The principle of the magnetic section, based on the use of magnetic cells in turntable mooring devices of azimuthal automatic tugs and in shore mooring devices, is considered. A method for calculating the quantity and power of shore mooring devices is proposed. Simulation modeling was conducted to obtain data on their impact on the hull of a vessel.

НАУКА И ТЕХНОЛОГИИ

Abstract

The feasibility of using high-quality materials in manufacturing fasteners for rolling stock is examined. As an example, failed bolts from the anti-skid system disk mount were studied. Comprehensive metallographic studies of the bolts were conducted. It is concluded that high-quality materials are necessary for manufacturing fasteners for rolling stock, along with relevant regulatory updates.

Abstract

The experience of tram system reconstruction in Russian cities is analyzed within the context of the public transport system. Indicators characterizing the effectiveness of tram system reconstruction projects are considered. Recommendations for improving tram systems’ efficiency and integration into the urban public transport system are provided.
