Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze the features of electronic commerce in international private law in the field of digital transformation of the transport sector. The problems of regulating material and conflict-of-law norms in e-commerce are examined. The characteristic features of regulating electronic transactions that have not yet been resolved are highlighted: the lack of sufficient opportunities and appropriate conditions for controlling compliance with legislation in electronic transactions; significant differences in national legislation concerning the key principles of e-commerce, etc.

Abstract

Public-private partnership is one of the modern tools for attracting private investment resources in the development of transport infrastructure projects. A comparative analysis of state support measures for PPP projects in Russia’s transport infrastructure development has been carried out. It has been established that providing state support to PPP projects allows for the attraction of more non-budgetary investments and, therefore, the implementation of a greater number of projects.

Abstract

The use of unmanned aerial vehicles is proposed for improving data collection technologies for ground devices of signaling, centralization, and blocking (SCB). Some aspects of ensuring the safe flight of unmanned aerial vehicles over railway infrastructure are considered. The safety issues of the flight itself are outlined. It is shown how the flight path of an unmanned aerial vehicle is selected considering the coverage of ground SCB devices by portable data collection tools.

Abstract

An example of conducting a generalized analysis using the MFTA/GDTA/CTA/CWA method is presented to implement the analytical stage of developing an intelligent adaptive system (IAS) that supports crew members in making decisions to avoid thunderstorms. The purpose of the IAS, the tasks and subtasks to achieve this goal, and the situational awareness requirements are defined. Based on the obtained information, the basic principles of adaptation implemented in the developed IAS are justified, aimed at minimizing potential negative aspects of its operation.

Abstract

An analysis of the performance indicators of the important sorting station Bataysk on the North Caucasus Railway was carried out, and measures for their fulfillment were developed. Based on the analysis of wagon downtime due to the station’s responsibility and other participants in the transportation process, the need for improving the technology of the Bataysk station was justified. Measures to reduce wagon downtime at the station and related services are proposed based on load assessments by elements, and suggestions are made for improving the station’s technology by elements.

Abstract

The following main tasks are set and solved: analysis of capacity constraints of railways due to power supply conditions, analysis of the possibility of using dynamic load assessment of the traction power supply system as an extensive way to increase load capacity. The presented results are part of a comprehensive scientific study aimed at improving the traction power supply system of electrified railways, conducted at the Samara State University of Transport scientific school. An example of using an energy storage device as an «intelligent» additional energy source is presented.

Abstract

Algorithms for automatic control of a small unmanned vessel in various operational modes are proposed. In the mode of guiding the vessel along a given trajectory, the autopilot functions as an extended proportional-integral-differentiating controller, considering course deviations from the trajectory. For the dynamic positioning mode, control is decomposed by the channels of control devices, where one azipod, working together with a thruster, provides control in the transverse and rotational movements, and the other — in the longitudinal movement. In the mooring mode, control has features of both trajectory control and dynamic positioning modes.

Abstract

An alternative to traditional methods of forming transition sections in front of artificial structures is presented, using sub-rail bases developed for rapid deployment railway construction. The use of sub-rail bases containing shells with fillers is significantly cheaper than traditional methods for forming transition sections. It also allows solving the problem of smooth stiffness changes in the transition section, reducing the dynamic impact of the rolling stock and thus the intensity of defects in the rails and track as a whole.

Abstract

A model is presented that includes quantitative indicators of human resources employed in automobile transport enterprises, in transportation, and in transport logistics, in information technology, road and environmental safety, expertise, tuning, resource conservation, professional training, and retraining of specialists and personnel, etc. The conducted theoretical studies will make it possible to forecast the need for specialists and personnel in automobile transport in Russian regions in the future.

Abstract

The possibility of enhancing the transport provision and improving the accessibility and reliability of the northern regions of the Far East is presented. This will be achieved through the construction of new routes for land-based transport, such as railways and highways, and the expanded use of hybrid modes of transport (vertostats, ekranoplanes, hovercraft, and modern transport infrastructure construction techniques).

Abstract

It is shown that the uneven provision of transport infrastructure in the regions of the Far East reduces the quantitative influx of tourists. To address this problem, it is proposed to focus on a programmatic approach to transport services within the framework of the state program «Tourism and Hospitality Industry,» considering changing political, economic, and social factors.
