РОССИЙСКАЯ АКАДЕМИЯ ТРАНСПОРТА

3-4 32
Abstract

In March 2025, the reporting and election conference of the Russian Academy of Transport was held, providing an opportunity to summarize the outcomes of the past four years and define priorities for scientific support of Russia’s transport system development. Amid structural changes in the industry, the Academy has established itself as a key scientific and expert institution capable of responding to contemporary challenges and shaping the course of technological modernization.

ГОСУДАРСТВО И ТРАНСПОРТ

5-9 33
Abstract

The article explores key challenges in cooperation between governmental authorities and private investors in financing transport sector projects, particularly in the context of public-private partnerships. It highlights controversial aspects in the interaction between the state and investors and proposes solutions through stabilizing dialogue mechanisms, especially via concession agreements.

ЭКОНОМИКА И ФИНАНСЫ

10-14 27
Abstract

Transport infrastructure development projects, particularly in railways, should be based on reliably assessed freight volumes. However, changing geo-economic conditions have transformed car‑ go structures and volumes, complicating project justification. The article substantiates that big data and scenario analysis significantly enhance the argumentation for transport infrastructure development in rail networks.

БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ

15-17 27
Abstract

Article 227 of the Russian Criminal Code addresses maritime piracy, serving as a special provision relative to Article 162 («Robbery»). Comparative analysis of these norms reveals controversial issues that may cause enforcement problems. The article provides conclusions and recommendations based on legal analysis.

ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ

18-25 29
Abstract

A macro-architecture of an intelligent train control system integrated with automated monitoring of railway infrastructure is proposed. A reliability model has been developed, and methods for information interfacing between monitoring and control systems are suggested. The described solutions are relevant for designing advanced train control systems capable of analyzing and counteracting destabilizing external factors.

26-30 30
Abstract

The article addresses challenges in preparing training datasets for a neural network analyzing maritime freight tariffs for standard containers between ports in China and Russia’s Primorsky Krai. The model aims to predict tariff changes with acceptable accuracy in the future.

31-36 37
Abstract

The effectiveness of intelligent transport systems in urban agglomerations depends on their software and hardware capabilities for analyzing traffic flow intensity. Currently, neural networks process video streams to calculate this parameter and build predictive models. However, these models are not universal due to narrow data training. A generalized method for forecasting traffic intensity based on machine learning algorithms is proposed.

ВЫСОКОСКОРОСТНОЕ ДВИЖЕНИЕ

37-42 24
Abstract

The article assesses how vibrations from high-speed trains affect the structural elements of a coastal viaduct, considering the addition‑ al loading from incoming waves. It identifies a wave-like distribution of strain and acceleration in the ground and viaduct structure, with a marked decrease in energy intensity at the pile foundation depth. A numerical method is proposed for evaluating the stress-strain state of the viaduct and adjacent weak soil under combined dynamic influences.

ПЕРЕВОЗКИ

43-47 29
Abstract

A phased, scientifically grounded approach to decision-making on the integration of digital technologies into railway freight station operations and adjoining private tracks is presented. A mathematical model based on queuing theory illustrates the interaction between stations and private tracks. Simulation results help identify bottlenecks in technological and informational interaction. A novel classifier for digital technology solutions is proposed.

НАУКА И ТРАНСПОРТ

48-51 19
Abstract

The article addresses insufficient study of one key passenger transport quality indicator: the risk of passengers arriving late at their desti‑ nation. A risk model has been developed using qualimetry theory, Saaty’s Analytic Hierarchy Process, and Pareto pairwise comparison. Key processes influencing late arrivals have been identified.

52-55 21
Abstract

The article examines the primary issues of wheel‑ set-to-rail interaction, comparing conditions on Russian and foreign railway systems. It analyzes rolling stock and track infrastructure designs, operational technologies, and conditions. A comparative study of contact patches and the impact of wheel tread profiles is presented. The need for a comprehensive approach is emphasized to form a unified theory of wheel–rail interaction covering all aspects of contact mechanics.

ЭКОЛОГИЯ

56-59 33
Abstract

The article analyzes key types of environmental pollution caused by maritime transport operations, with a focus on biological contamination of the Black Sea basin by ships. Based on the study’s results, the authors propose measures to mitigate the harmful effects of maritime trans‑ port on the environment.

ТРАНСПОРТНЫЕ СРЕДСТВА И ТЕХНИКА

60-64 19
Abstract

The article outlines features and benefits of an on-the-fly spare parts replenishment scheme through redistribution among shelving units in a workgroup. The components of the automated inventory system and their interaction within a unified information network are described. The functional capabilities of automated shelving systems are examined, and a comprehensive criterion for expert evaluation of the proposed system is introduced.

КАДРЫ

65-67 29
Abstract

The article explores how pilots make decisions under uncertain conditions and examines the influence of personality traits on individual decision-making styles. It presents a group-level configuration of five core decision-making strategies and their typological qualities — risk readiness and subjective rationality — as fundamental factors in professional decision-making.

ГОРОД И ТРАНСПОРТ

68-71 27
Abstract

The article substantiates the functional role of rail-side profiles used in ballastless tram track structures. A classification of inserts is presented along with an analysis of the loads they absorb. Existing technical specifications for inserts are evaluated. A new classification system for rail-side profile parameters — mandatory, desirable, and optional — is proposed for future technical documentation development.

РЕГИОН

72-74 31
Abstract

In recent years, the city of Omsk has experienced worsening issues with transport services in both new and old residential areas. Violations of urban planning regulations, failure to implement the general plan, and the absence of a metro sys‑ tem have led to increased transportation, utility, and other costs, as well as declining indicators of safety, accessibility, and environmental quality. The article examines the causes of the escalating transport problems and presents integrated approaches to solving them.
